Play Leader
At S4A we have a clear pathway for success for every individual who works for us. We have a unique career pathway which starts as an apprentice all the way up to a company director.
Working in the childcare part of the business as a play leader, your pathway can begin as a playleader > Settings Manager > Model Settings Lead > Area Manager
As a Play Leader you will be responsible for ensuring a fun, active and stimulating safe place for children at the club to freely play as well as leading specific activities such as crafts, science experiments and cooking among a few. You will need to be able to adapt your skills and experience to work with different age ranges throughout a session. As well as being able to confidently build and maintain positive relationships with children, parents, schools and the S4A team to keep a happy environment.

Salary- £9.50-12.00 per hour depending on experience.
Are you looking to start your career in a childcare / education setting or sports coaching?
Hours: 7.30am – 9am (7.5 hrs p/w), 3pm – 6pm (15 hrs p/w or Combination of both 22.5 hrs p/w)
We are looking for positive individuals who are passionate about working with children aged between 4-11 and can bring energy and enthusiasm with them every day.

Jake impressed us all in S4A with his attitude and personality with the children which resulting in him being offered a full time role as a Lead Sports Coach and Play Leader. Jake was then offered a Settings Manager role in a school which he is thriving in.

If we feel you are the perfect fit for S4A after both of your interviews, you will be offered the job to work at S4A.
