Our Mission
Our mission is to provide inclusive care and development of the highest possible quality through our range of engaging and nurturing services.
Establishing S4A in 2007, our founder Matt has grown the company from humble beginnings, with the primary focus always being on giving the best care out there. Growing from being predominantly sports centred at the start of our journey to having evolved over the years into an Ofsted accredited, trusted, well established care provider offering a range of services; including wraparound care in many schools, PE lessons, holiday clubs, the HAF programme, SEN support, our football development centre, S4A mini’s creating a gateway into first football clubs, our NCFE Level 3 Extended Diploma in Sport, Apprenticeships and amazing career opportunities.
For us, the goal is providing as many children and families with a safe space to grow, develop and be cared for – with your experience being of the upmost importance.
Nothing brings us more joy than seeing happy children who feel comfortable, relaxed, engaged and passionate during their time with us, in whatever setting that may be. We love supporting children/teens/young adults in getting to their next level and being a part of their journey, and also love being able to provide parents and caregivers with the peace of mind that their children are in safe and trusted hands – with those who really do care about their wellbeing, growth and development, and that being our top priority.
We are so proud to be part of the initiative that S4A has created over the past 15 years and continues to build upon – we’re a company with a difference who will never compromise on quality, service or experience, and we can’t wait to keep growing so we can provide even more S4A smiles and support far and wide.
