Haf Programme
We are delighted to be able to offer the HAF programme across numerous locations in Buckinghamshire. The HAF programme provides free holiday club spaces for children whose parents are in receipt of certain benefits. If you’re unsure if this could be you please do not hesitate to get in touch to find out. The HAF programme spaces are integrated within our standard holiday club spaces and there is no difference whatsoever in what’s included. Inclusivity is priority for us and we want every child to be able to experience the fun and care of our holiday clubs, irregardless of backgrounds or abilities.

Our bookins are now live! Please do not book without a unique HAF code or more than 16 days.
HAF Programme FAQ'S
How do I book? To book your children onto our Haf Programme, please click on one of the schools above.

Do you accept childcare vouchers? Yes we accept all forms of childcare vouchers at our holiday club venues.
What do I need to bring on the day? You will need to provide your child with a morning snack, and a drink bottle. If you would like your children to have their own lunch then please provide a packed lunch.
My children now cannot attend the club, what shall I do? Please let us know as soon as possible so we can allocate their space to somebody else. If you do not let us know then we will have to revoke all of your places.
Do my children have to attend the closest Haf Programme venue? No! Your children can attend any one of our venues.
How old do my children have to be? We accept children from ages 5-13/ Reception-End of year 8. If your child is 4 and in Nursery, please contact info@s4aclub.co.uk so we can advise which venue they can attend.
Am I eligible? This programme is for children who receive benefit related free school meals. If you are unsure please contact your school.
My child in reception has free school meals, can they attend? Unfortunately not, the universal free school meals are not benefit related free school meals. If you are eligible, you will receive a code from the school.
I have been given a code from the school, how do I use it ? To use the code, please write it in the notes section at checkout
